Enquire/Reserve  

Sarah welcomes enquiries and is happy to answer questions or photograph an artwork on the wall to help in a decision. Please ask if you would like Sarah to reserve a painting until you can see it. Art can also be tried out in your home. 

Sale, delivery and collection

1)    The sale price is the purchase price for the artwork.

2)    A delivery fee is automatically added during the checkout process according to the size/weight of the artwork. (See below if you wish to collect in person.)

3)    Once a purchase is made, Sarah will be in contact to advise on the best method of sending an artwork.

4)    Insurance: a postal delivery service may not cover the full value of the purchased artwork, in which case the buyer has the option to pay for further insurance cover.

5)    If you would prefer to collect from Sarah’s studio, please get in touch to make an arrangement. Any delivery cost made via the website will be refunded.

6) For buyers outside the UK, please email Sarah. Payment will be by bank transfer with the cost of transit added, based on the actual dimensions and weight of the artwork, and the delivery zone.

Return

1) Artworks must be returned within fourteen days in the original packaging and in perfect condition for a full refund.
2) Refunds cannot be made if the artwork is damaged. 
3) The art buyer to pay for the return cost.
