Enquire/Reserve

1) Sarah welcomes enquiries and is happy to answer questions or photograph an artwork on the wall to help in a decision. Please ask if you would like Sarah to reserve a painting until you can see it. Art can also be tried out in your home.

2) Buyers can reserve and pay for an artwork without using the website ’checkout’ system.

Sale, delivery and collection

1) The sale price is the purchase price for the artwork.

2) A delivery fee is automatically added during the checkout process according to the size/weight of the artwork (see 5, collecting in person).

3) Once a purchase is made, Sarah will be in contact to advise on the best method of sending an artwork.

4) Insurance: a postal delivery service may not cover the full value of the purchased artwork, in which case the buyer has the option to pay for further insurance cover.

5) If you would prefer to collect from Sarah’s studio, please get in touch to make an arrangement. Any delivery cost made via the website will be refunded.

6) For buyers outside the UK, please email Sarah. Payment will be by bank transfer or PayPal with the cost of shipping added, based on the dimensions and weight of the artwork, and the delivery zone. A packing fee by the shippers is also charged. Insurance is optional and a quote will be provided.

Return

1) Artworks must be returned within fourteen days in the original packaging and in perfect condition for a full refund.

2) Refunds cannot be made if the artwork is damaged or marked.

3) The art buyer to pay for the return cost.
